Resistance to change
Microdosis is on and the first contacts have been made. As expected, resistance to this new way of doing things will arise, doubts will take place and adjustments shall be made.
When it comes to the attempt of doing things in a way that has never been done, it is so normal to freeze and panic, since the attempt itself is nothing but an anomaly. But, what’s an anomaly? Nothing but one of the necessary seeds for innovation. Do we want things to stay the same? Complex. So then, what are we going to do about it? The same we did yesterday? Well, hopefully not.
Microdosis quest is to strengthen projects so each can become an actual agent of change. Having a business for the only reason of surviving life is not enough and most importantly, not what businesses of tomorrow will be designed to do. There is more room for business and urgency, definitely, for them to get used to be more protagonists in the shifting moments our planet is going through.
