These Copilot Terms apply together with the Microdosis General Terms (https://www.microdosis.xyz/terms-and-conditions). If the two conflict, these apply to your Copilot.

1. What you get

Copilot runs in the Copilot app, and is available with an active Compass.

- Up to 3 Active Threads at a time; you close them when they are done.

- 4,000 characters per Thread per week, reset every Monday.

- Files in PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG or MP4.

- Write Monday to Friday; Microdosis answers on Monday. Messages sent at the weekend are answered throughout the week.

2. Plans and billing

Copilot is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription, which renews automatically as set out in section 13 of the General Terms. Billing runs on time, not on activity.

3. If you don't use your Threads

Unused characters and inactive Threads do not roll over or reduce your fee. Microdosis may close a Thread with no activity from you for 30 days, so the slot is free when you return; closed Threads stay readable in the Copilot app, archived.

4. After Copilot

Your Threads remain available to read as set out in section 10 of the General Terms.

5. EU and UK consumers: delivered value

For the 14-day withdrawal right in section 14 of the General Terms, value is counted pro rata by days.
