Privacy Policy

Microdosis LLC ("Microdosis", "we") collects only what it needs to run its website and deliver its services. We never sell your data. This Policy applies to website visitors and clients.

1. What we collect

- Identity and contact: name, email, company, country, city and time zone.

- Purchase data: what you bought, when and for how much. Card details stay with the payment provider; we never see them.

- Your Content: everything you submit in the Apps.

- Session summaries: Sessions are recorded by an AI note-taking tool to produce a written summary. We keep only the summary; we do not store audio, video or transcripts. The summary is for internal use for strategic purposes.

- Communications: Telegram chat ID and messages to the Microdosis Support bot, emails, WhatsApp messages, booking details.

- Website data: analytics, campaign tags (UTMs), cookies, and how you found us.

2. Why we use it

- To deliver and administer your service (contract).

- To send reminders and service notices (contract).

- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).

- To understand which channels bring clients (legitimate interest).

- To send marketing, only to people who asked for it or are existing clients; you can opt out at any time.

3. Who processes it for us

We use these providers, each bound by its own data protection terms: Squarespace (website, checkout), Base44 (Apps, Session note-taking, bot engine), Telegram (notifications), Calendly (booking), Typeform (forms), Attio (client records), Notion (Session summaries), Google Workspace (email, files, analytics), Asana (internal tasks), WhatsApp (messaging). Base44 uses AI service providers, including Anthropic, Google and OpenAI.

4. International transfers

Our providers store data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

While your service is active, and then for 5 years, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to hello@microdosis.xyz. We answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), you have further rights, including complaining to your data protection authority.

7. Age

Our services are for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

8. Changes and contact
