These Scanner Terms apply to Scanner 1, 2 and 3, together with the Microdosis General Terms (https://www.microdosis.xyz/terms-and-conditions). If the two conflict, these apply to your Scanner.

1. What you get

Your Scanner runs in the Scanner app, where every step is done and its status recorded (section 10 of the General Terms).

Scanner 1: Form 1 · 30-minute live Session · your Diagnostic (Summary, Key Insights, Next Steps) · Microdosis Diagnostic · Evaluation and wrap-up meeting.

Scanner 2: everything in Scanner 1, with a 60-minute live Session · plus 1 Consulting Session (60 minutes).

Scanner 3: everything in Scanner 1, plus Form 2, designed from your Form 1 · a 120-minute live Session, working on Form 3 together · plus 2 Consulting Sessions (60 minutes each).

2. Timing

Target. Scanner 1 and 2 are designed to finish in 14 days, Scanner 3 in 21, counted from the day you accept these Terms. This is a target, not a deadline.

Validity Period. Each Scanner remains open for 30 days from purchase. If your steps are still incomplete when it ends, Microdosis will either write the Microdosis Diagnostic from what you have submitted, or close the Scanner if there is not enough to work with. Either way the Scanner counts as delivered and is not refunded.

Extension. One extension of up to 30 days may be granted, at Microdosis's discretion, if you request it before the period ends and show a serious event that prevents you from taking part: hospitalisation, or a serious illness or injury certified by a doctor. An extension pauses the Scanner; it is never a refund.

3. Your steps

You complete your Forms, book and attend your Session, complete your Diagnostic and submit the Evaluation, all in the Scanner app.

If you don't. Your Scanner waits, and the Microdosis Support bot reminds you. After 3 business days without activity on your side, reminders stop and Microdosis contacts you personally. If there is still no response, the Validity Period rule applies.

If you miss your Session. Section 9 of the General Terms applies. A second missed Session is forfeited, and the Microdosis Diagnostic is written from your Forms.

4. Our steps

- Scanner 3: Form 2 is delivered within 5 business days of your Form 1.

- All Scanners: the Microdosis Diagnostic is delivered within 5 business days of your completed Diagnostic.

If we are more than 10 business days late on either, you may choose a full refund of your Scanner instead of waiting, provided the Microdosis Diagnostic has not yet been delivered.

5. Included Consulting Sessions

Scanner 2 and 3 include Consulting Sessions as a first experience of Consultant. They must be booked and held within 30 days of the wrap-up meeting; the Validity Period does not apply to them. Sessions not held by then expire without credit.

## 6. EU and UK consumers: delivered value

For the 14-day withdrawal right in section 14 of the General Terms, delivered value is measured by these milestones:

- Form 1 submitted: 30% (all Scanners).

- Form 2 delivered: 50% (Scanner 3 only).

- Session held: 70% (all Scanners).

- Microdosis Diagnostic delivered: 100% (all Scanners).

A Scanner whose Microdosis Diagnostic is delivered within the 14 days is fully delivered, and nothing is refunded.
